Job searching has quietly become a second job.
Finding the right role means sifting through listings, rewriting similar applications, and tracking it all across notes, tabs and spreadsheets. The work is repetitive, and it crowds out the thinking that actually helps you choose well.
ROOSTLEY is being built to take on the busywork while the decisions stay with you. A roost is a place to settle; that is the feeling we are designing toward: organized, calm, and in your control.

Honest about AI
Assistance can be wrong. We design for review and clear labeling, and we make no promises about outcomes.
Respect for your data
Job searches are personal. We plan to collect only what the product needs and to give you control over it.
